im·bibe
imˈbīb/

verb

 1. drink (alcohol).

2. absorb or assimilate (ideas or knowledge).

I’m Cam “Smoth” Smith, a fiend for the fermented, a wino, whiskey-naut, and beer imbiber. I’ve been avidly tasting wine, spirits and craft beer since I was too young to be avidly tasting anything. I started Sublime Imbibing to share my passion, and help others develop their own. Imbibe literally means “to drink” and to absorb knowledge. We’re hoping to help you do both.

Here at Sublime Imbibing, we’ve discovered that few things are more pleasurable than a fine drink, and we’re here to help you find one. Special attention is paid to wine, whisky, beer and reviewing affordable beverages and Canadian booze. Pull up a chair and have a sip with us.
